Introduction to Liver cancer

Liver carcinoma, recognized as liver cancer, is a virulent neoplasm that develops from liver cells. This kind of cancer is widespread in the world and is considered an important public health issue.

Generally, liver cancer starts to develop in individuals with other chronic liver ailments such as cirrhosis, hepatitis B or C infection, or drinking too much alcohol though it can still grow in those without any prior existing conditions.

To detect early stages of the disease can be difficult because symptoms do not appear until it reaches advanced levels such as jaundice, unexplained weight loss and abdominal pain.
